Animals:
Live arrival is guaranteed unless temperatures at any stops on route to the destination are below 40 degrees or above 90 degrees. Airfreight shipments should be inspected at the time of pickup. Sky to Sea is not responsible for carrier delays or mistakes. Any claims should be filed with the carrier at the time of pickup. Air freight must be picked up within three hours of arrival. On FedEx overnight shipments the package MUST be signed for on the first delivery attempt or live arrival guarantee is voided, NO EXCEPTIONS. DOA's must be reported within 24 hours for return to Sky to Sea for possible credit/replacement. Return of DOA animals may be required prior to a decision on credit or replacement.
Sky to Sea reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Dry Good Shipping & Handling:
Most orders will ship out within 24 hours unless out of stock or on back order. We do not ship out on Holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders may be subject to verification of payment information by phone or email.
We are not responsible for any Carriers delays or mistakes. Any claims should be filed with the carrier at the time of pickup. We are not responsible for any mistakes made during check out such as incorrect address or phone number. We do reserve the right to charge shipping and handling fees which will be included in price of shipping.
Return Policy:
Dry Goods:
To avoid returns we suggest that you ask about any product of which you are unsure of before purchasing. All of our dry goods come with a 10 day in-store credit/replacement guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is defective please contact us before sending it back for return instructions. All returns must also be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice as proof of purchase. Returned items must be in original packaging, which must also be in new condition and unused. All parts, accessories, warranty cards, instructions, etc. are enclosed. We sell only new merchandise and would be unable to sell used or incomplete items. We are also unable to accept returns on items listed as "clearance" and on any food or treats. We CAN NOT accept returns on used or abused items.
If approved return, we will promptly give you in-store credit for your purchase price upon return of the item in its original condition. Shipping and Handling can not be refunded. Unless other merchandise of equal or greater value is ordered when we receive the returned merchandise, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Sky To Sea Pet Shop reserves the right to refuse any/all return merchandise at our discretion.
